Philly Code Fest is Philadelphia's civic hackathon where developers and designers build technology that serves the city. I competed and won with PhilAIsion — branded as Your Civic Liaison.

PhilAIsion helps Philadelphia residents cut through the complexity of city services. A resident describes their issue — a missed trash pickup, a pothole, no heat in their rental — and Phil finds the right form, fills it in using the user's saved profile, and tells them exactly what to do next. The app pulls 700+ services directly from phila.gov and surfaces the most frequent Philly311 scenarios in real time.

As a fullstack developer with a strong focus on the backend, I built the API integrations pulling 700+ services from phila.gov, the AI logic powering Phil's civic guidance, and contributed across the full stack — from the Home dashboard and Chat interface to the Kiosk, Tracking, and Profile features.
